When we purchase your home, your situation is held in strict confidence (especially from the busybody neighbors that we all have).  We understand that you may want to stay in touch with some of your neighbors.

Most of the homes we buy are fixed up and put into "like new" condition, and remarketed.  We also retain some properties as rentals or "lease/option". This is geared toward those who can not immediately qualify for a home.
